Will Baton Rouge be the next "silicon valley" of information technology? There are many signs that the capital of Louisiana is off and running. The center of activity is in the middle of the city around a development called Bon Carre'.

Once the first mall in the city, it is now transforming and breathing life into the heart of the city with an emphasis on information technology.

Within a few blocks of Remmington College and Baton Rouge Community College, it has the potential for major development. Bon Carre is within 15 minutes of Louisiana State University and Southern University.
